How to add yearly/ life long card on GPS tracking platforms?

Before starting, please log in to GPS tracking software with your admin account, to check if there are yearly/lifelong cards inside, if not, please contact us to get a yearly/lifelong card.

After you pay for the yearly/lifetime card, iStartek team will transfer the card to your account in around 1 working day, after that we can go with the below option1 or option2.

Option 1:

a: Come to Monitor page of iStartek GPS tracking softwares, click “More”, it will show as

below:

b: Click “more devices”, then we will enter in below page in GPS tracking software:

Here we can select the expired devices and add yearly/life-long cards accordingly.

1. We choose expired devices in 7 days, click “expired time”, then GPS tracking platforms will show us options for adding yearly/life long card, choose yearly/life long card, Click “ confirm”, it will show“Device Top Up Success”, then we refresh the website or log out then log in again, we can see adding yearly/life long card successfully.

Option 2:

1. After login with your admin account in GPS tracking softwares, click management-Select device which you want to add card- Batch Update

1. GPS tracking platforms will show you options, choose yearly/lifetime card, then click confirm.

it will show“Device Top Up Success”, then we refresh GPS tracking platforms website or log out then log in again, we can see adding yearly/life long card successfully.
