What we need to do on itrackcare tracking platform when using iStartek 3G 4G Tracker VT200-L with fuel sensor?

Hello Everyone, this is Allen from iStartek, we are quality factory for 2G 3G 4G Tracker in China. This article we are going to show you what we need to do on itrackcare tracking platform when using iStartek 4G Tracker VT200-L with fuel sensor.

Firstly please make sure you have connect iStartek 4G tracker with fuel sensor correctly, below is the wire connection details when using iStartek 4G tracker VT200-L with capacitive fuel sensor:

If you are using iStartek 4G Tracker VT200-L with Ultrasonic fuel sensor, please check the wire connection details on our user manual, if you don’t have 4G Tracker VT200-L user manual please contact with iStartek Team.

Secondly login on itrackcare tracking platform and complete some settings on it.

If you don’t have account on itrackcare tracking platform, please contact with iStartek Team.

On monitoring page, find the 4G Tracker VT200-L which you are testing, click Detail icon to device setting page, click Fuel.

Fuel consumption: you can fill in based on actual value or just leave it as default.

Fuel tank: fill in fuel tank information such as shape, length width height, fuel tank volume, then click save.

Fuel Sensor: Choose analogy input accordingly. If you are using 3G 4G Tracker VT200-L analogy input 1 to connect with fuel sensor, then choose analogy input1, if you are using 4G Tracker VT200-L analogy input 2 to connect with fuel sensor, then choose analogy input2.

Based on the fuel sensor you are using now, choose the specified fuel sensor accordingly, then click save.

Calibration: Choose 4G Tracker VT200-L analogy input accordingly, fill in Analogy input voltage when fuel tank is empty, when fuel tank with 50% fuel, when fuel tank is full, this setting will make our fuel data more accurate, then click save.
